Sardines on Fire is a high-energy hard rock band known for their explosive live performances and raw, unapologetic sound. Formed in 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal, the band quickly made a name for itself with a unique blend of heavy riffs, gritty vocals, and anthemic choruses. Drawing inspiration from classic rock legends like AC/DC and Guns N’ Roses, as well as modern influences such as Alter Bridge and Foo Fighters, Sardines on Fire delivers a relentless mix of power and melody. Their debut album, Metal in a Can (2019), was a surprise hit in the European underground scene, featuring tracks that embodied their signature fiery attitude and rebellious spirit.

After touring extensively across Portugal and Spain, the band cemented its reputation with a loyal fanbase and a reputation for chaotic, beer-fueled gigs. Their sophomore album, Smoked and Loaded (2022), showcased a more refined but still electrifying sound, packed with hard-hitting anthems and introspective ballads. With an ever-growing presence in the hard rock scene, Sardines on Fire continues to ignite stages worldwide, proving that even the smallest sparks can create an unstoppable blaze.
